The Living Scenes Jigsaw Puzzles puzzle player provides four independent playing tables used for organizing puzzle pieces. A miniaturized view of all four tables is provided on the control panel. The LEDs directly under each miniature table indicate which of the four tables is currently active.
Switching playing tables can be accomplished using any of the following methods:
| • | Click on the desired miniature table in the control panel. |
| • | Use the keyboard's Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down navigation keys. |
| • | Right click on the active table and choose the appropriate Go To menu subitem in the popup menu. |
| • | Choose the appropriate Go To menu subitem under the Actions heading of the main menu. |
Tip: Using the Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down keys to move between tables is especially convenient when a puzzle piece is already selected and you want to carry it to a different table. The keys are also very handy when the control panel is hidden.
Moving Puzzle Pieces Between Tables
Puzzle pieces can be moved between tables using any of the following methods:
| • | A puzzle piece on the active table can be moved to another table by selecting the piece and dropping it on any of the four miniature table views in the control panel. |
| • | The keyboard's navigation keys can be used to move puzzle pieces between tables (see the tip above). |
| • | Captured pieces can be released on any of the miniature table views using the scroll wheel button. |
| • | All the puzzle pieces from one table may be simultaneously moved to another table by using the mouse to drag the "from" miniature table and drop it on the "to" miniature table in the control panel. |
Tip: If you prefer to start a jigsaw puzzle by working on the edge puzzle pieces first you may want to use the Isolate edge pieces option when you open the puzzle. This option will automatically place all edge pieces on one table and all interior pieces on another table.
